Treatment Protocol & Pricing

We follow the 6-infusion protocol recommended by leading academic institutions across the U.S., which involves:

• 6 Ketamine Infusion Sessions

• Completed over a 6-week period

• Each session is $500

• Total program investment: $3,000

Your first step is a free consultation with Dr. Caldwell to see if ketamine infusion therapy is right for you. Psychotherapy with Dr. M (intention setting and integration sessions) is $195 per hour.

This foundational series is designed to deliver the maximum therapeutic benefit during the early stages of treatment.

Important Notes About Payment

• Insurance does not currently cover ketamine infusion therapy.
  While we are unable to bill insurance at this time, we can provide documentation upon request that you may submit for possible reimbursement under out-of-network mental health services.
