I completed 6 infusion treatments with Dr. Caldwell, along with integration therapy work with Dr. M. Everything was fantastic. I had a lot of fear entering the treatments around the... read more thought of dissociating. Dr. Caldwell was incredibly caring, thoughtful, and helpful guiding me through the process. He made sure to implement any feedback that I had to customize the treatment in the ways that made the most sense for me. I cannot imagine having gone through the experience with anyone else. Dr. M. was also fantastic, helping me make sense of, and integrate my learnings and takeaways. I have intermittently dealt with 20 years of treatment resistant depression and anxiety. After the last couple of treatments, I experienced a profound sense of calm, peace, and hope. Such that I have rarely, if ever, felt in my life. I am finally feeling some motivation return. I have key takeaways from incredible experiences that I hope to work through for sustainable results. And I’m finally going to attempt to wean off of some medications. I highly recommend the MindSet team!

Exponentially more effective and efficient than SSRI medication! I completed my infusions about a month ago and it's made a dramatic difference in my life. My anxiety/depression was so bad... read more prior to treatment I couldn't get a good night's sleep, my appetite was severely diminished, and had very little energy or motivation. My energy level and appetite is back to normal and my anxiety/depression is manageable. I have been struggling with anxiety/depression for over 30 years and been taking SSRI medication for about 20 years. Both sides of my family tree have this problem and I have a difficult case. I started improving the day after my first treatment. Dr. Caldwell said that was early responder and some people take multiple treatments to see the benefits. Every person is unique and different. I am still continuing to improve and am amazed with the quick and effective process. My experience with SSRI medications and therapy is they work very slow. The Mindset treatment is incredible. Nothing I have tried in the last twenty-some years comes close to the speed and results of Mindset treatment. The therapist I was seeing before COVID-19 retired and I am know seeing one of the Mindset therapists. Mindset suggests you combine treatment with your current therapist or use a Mindset therapist. My Mindset therapist is great to work with and I will continue to see them. Dr. Caldwell is a very experienced anesthesiologist and knows what he is doing. This is a very professional experience and NOT an experiment. The treatment is a great value, it's safe and effective. If you are willing to commit yourself to the treatment and pay the price you will be changed for the better!

The Mindset office is inviting and relaxing and the staff are caring, personable, professional, and truly invested in your well-being. It’s hard to leave a google review that sufficiently expresses how helpful this was for me. These infusions helped me so much. I have dealt with depression on and off... read more for over half my life. Nothing I have tried worked this quickly and this well. I look forward to experiencing the lasting effects from it, as I recently had my last treatment of the induction phase. Dr. Caldwell was very attentive before, during and after each treatment. He was excellent with communicating and checking in with me. He took the time to answer all my questions before and during the process. Additionally, Mindset’s space is beautiful. It’s very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend Mindset and Dr. Caldwell. I wish the best for everyone who is searching for help with mental challenges.
October 27, 2023The ketamine infusions are comfortable, professional, and tailored to your specific needs. Dr Caldwell is extremely attentive. The real benefits for me were the breakthroughs I was able to... read more make in therapy after treatment. This is an incredible model where you can bring your own therapist. I would highly recommend.
October 27, 2023I am very thankful that Dr. Caldwell, an Anesthesiologist Dr. with years of experience decided to go into providing Ketamine Integrative Therapy Treatments. Before I moved to Ohio I had... read more Ketamine Injection Therapy via Ketamine Intramuscular Injections, and they were very helpful for my PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder, but unfortunately because I was getting shots instead of IV, I developed a rare reaction and had to stop the treatments. Two years later, my symptoms from PTSD and MDD were getting bad enough that I looked into Ketamine IV treatments, and although a Psychiatrist I met with felt IV would likely be a safe route, until Dr. Caldwell opened his practice I was unable to find anyone who felt medically secure enough to take the risk treating me. When I contacted Dr. Caldwell, he knew exactly what I was talking about when I told him what type of reaction I'd had previously, and new exactly how to mitigate if not eliminate the risks, and trusted me enough to know that my mental symptoms were severe enough that I understood the risk and it was worth it for me. That meant so much to me. Suffering from mental disorders destroys healthy brain connectivity, making it that much harder to get better, Ketamine assisted therapy provides the neural environment for healthy connections to be made more easily, with the help of a therapists and the tools they provide. A special note regarding intramuscular Ketamine versus IV Ketamine, besides IV Ketamine being safer in general simply because Ketamine is caustic to the skin and most likely the reason I developed the adverse reaction in the first place, receiving IV Ketamine was much less jarring going into it which I feel allowed me to better guide the experience altogether and use therapy tools learned. I really cannot recommend Mindset Integrative Ketamine Care highly enough. The office was really nice and comfortable, and Dr. Caldwell was very kind and put me at ease. It was a great and much needed experience.

Highly recommend! We are so fortunate to have access to such an amazing facility! Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Melissa Phillips-Briggs are compassionate people with an honest desire to... read more make the world a better place. Both have vast experience in their fields, Dr. Caldwell as an anesthesiologist and Dr. Phillips-Briggs as a clinical psychologist. This really made all the difference to me when deciding to undergo the treatment protocol, as I feel that they have the training and knowledge to implement this modality in the most effective and research backed way. As to the treatment itself, I will preface by saying that I sought this treatment for underlying anxiety and depression that I actually had been "successfully" treating with SSRIs. I was looking for an alternate treatment method though, as I felt emotionally flat on SSRIs. I have found ketamine to be a great alternative and would highly recommend giving it a try. I am someone who has always struggled with an annoying, constant and destructive inner critic. While it served me well in my drive to obtain conventional "success", it ultimately left me with an inability to be present in my life, as I was always looking for how to "be better", yet no matter what I achieved, nothing really felt "enough". I went through years of CBT therapy and felt that I was able to clearly identify the origins of my anxiety and depression, but no matter how much I understood it, I never FELT that I was fundamentally okay - I was always on the search for what I could do "better". I operated from a place of deficiency, feeling that life had a "goal" and, until I got there, I wasn't complete. However, each time I reached what I believed to be the milestone or goal, I would still be left with the feeling that something was off or missing and, alas, I still wasn't complete. Beginning in my 20s, I started taking SSRIs to essentially take the edge off my constant anxiety and underlying low/moderate level depression. While the medication did "work" in the sense that I no longer experienced extreme lows, it also numbed me to the highs. It also enabled me to tolerate some people and situations that, looking back, I shouldn't have . I went on this way for a decade, achieving goals, living a life that wasn't too bad or too good - time just passing. As life has a way of doing, though, a series of life events highlighted the finite and uncertain nature of life and made me start questioning the path I was on. I realized that, for me, SSRIs were really just numbing me out to life. I was no longer willing to miss out on the full experience, especially parenting my beautiful babies, even if that meant experiencing the emotional lows. Once I stopped the SSRIs I immediately noticed my range of emotion come back and, along with it, my loud inner critic, leading me here. I just underwent my fifth infusion and I can say that the impact has been profound. The inner critic is gone. I'm able to see things with a clarity that was previously impossible. Prior to treatment, no matter the situation, my knee-jerk response (and it kicked in so quickly that I didn't even notice it most of the time) was to figure out how I failed and "fix" it. I was absolutely stuck in the constant quandary of whether I did the right thing and if there was something I could have done better - was it my fault? The mental noise made it impossible to accurately analyze any situation and move forward effectively. Now, without that critic, I'm able to have the space to actually look at a situation and figure out a solution. That clarity has made me a better wife, mother and boss and given me a peace that I didn't think was possible. That being said, I still had and have to do the work to get to the bottom of my issues, ketamine just gave me the mental space to do so. Bottom line - Mindset Ketamine is a great facility run by highly credentialed individuals who truly care about the wellbeing of their patients. I feel like I've been able to make progress that wouldn't have been possible otherwise!
