Psychotherapy at miNDSET
We believe the best way to make gains from ketamine treatment is in combination with therapy.
Great psychotherapy improves people’s lives, research has made this clear. Including a ketamine infusion protocol makes these changes more possible. Healing, recovery and integration happen faster, more deeply, and with sustained outcomes when people collaborate with a therapist while receiving their ketamine treatments.
You have options. You can work with MiNDSETs own experienced clinical psychologist. We will consult with your existing therapist. We also provide concierge referrals to therapists we trust.
Psychotherapy does not happen during the ketamine infusion. Therapy works best with ketamine when you work with your therapist to set intentions before your infusion, and when you meet a few days after your infusion to integrate insights and identify behaviors you want to change.
Ketamine works biologically in your brain to change your MiNDSET.
Psychotherapy works behaviorally so you can change your life.
When combined?
The impact is exponential.
We have a Psycholologist trained in Ketamine Care on site.
Meet Melissa.
